Shelfstackers

Case Study

A digital fiction event, created for BBC Switch by Conker Media and designed to play across online, TV and social media.

Written by Bede Blake, Shelfstackers is a comedy soap opera, telling the story of a bunch of teenagers working in 'Grogans': the low-cost supermarket.

Created by Conker Media, the Shelfstackers pilot was broadcast in March 2010 and subsequently commissioned as a six-week event for BBC Switch (BBC TWO), bbc.co.uk and YouTube, starting July 2010.
